Your teeth are also damaged because of all of the stomach acid, not to mention your esophagus. The acid can also cause injury to your throat. Your body can be seriously injured by throwing up your food constantly.

The safest approach is to eat sensible portions of healthy foods. This means smaller portionsand less rich foods. You can get rid of the extra pounds safely and expeditiously without falling back on drastic and risky measures.
